What we store
This site uses no advertising, no third-party analytics tools, and does not share what you do here with anyone. What is stored in your browser is the following, and that is all:
- Your account session — a cookie that keeps you signed in after entering the code sent by email. It lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
- Store panel session — the same, for MOBILETEK staff. It lasts 7 days.
- Basket, favourites and comparison — kept in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, and they never leave your device until you place an order.
- Your answer to this notice — so we do not show it to you every day. It lasts 6 months.
Why we ask for no more
Everything above is strictly necessary for the site to do what you asked of it: sign you in, keep what you put in the basket, and remember your answer. The law (Portuguese Law 41/2004, article 5) does not require consent in those cases, and does require that we tell you — which is what this notice does.
If we ever start measuring visits with an analytics tool, it will only run after you allow it, and this document will name it before it goes live.
Payments and other services
Payment happens on a Stripe page, which is the company that processes card, MB WAY and Multibanco payments. Stripe's own cookies apply there, used for fraud detection, not ours. We never receive or store your card number.
How to delete
You can delete all of this at any time in your browser settings, under site data. Doing so signs you out and empties your basket, and you lose nothing beyond that.
