Who processes your data, what for, and for how long

We process your data for these purposes, and no others:
- Processing your order, delivering it and issuing the invoice — basis: performance of the contract. Invoice data is kept for 10 years, as tax law requires.
- Providing support and honouring the warranty — basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation. Records are kept for as long as the warranty lasts, plus 3 years.
- Keeping your account on the site — basis: performance of the contract. For as long as you keep it; deleted when you ask.
- Sending you offers, if you ask for them — basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else handles them
To perform the contract, your data passes through those who work with us: Stripe, which processes the payment (and is who receives your card details, which never reach this store); CTT and DPD, for delivery; and the service that sends the order emails. None of them may use it for anything else. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Confidentiality
MOBILETEK guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its Customers. Although MOBILETEK collects and processes data securely, preventing its loss or manipulation and using the most advanced techniques to that end, we advise that collection over an open network cannot entirely remove the risk of personal data being seen and used by unauthorised third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict what we do with it, object to the processing, and ask us to hand it to you in a file so you can take it elsewhere. If you gave consent for something, you may withdraw it at any time, without that making what was done before unlawful. We reply within one month. To exercise any of them:

If you think we got it wrong
Tell us first, as that is quicker. But you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Portugal is the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
Marketing communications
We only send information about products and offers to those who ask for it. You can subscribe on the site or tell us yes when you buy, and you can stop receiving it at any time, with one click on the unsubscribe link in every email, or by replying to say you no longer want it. Opting out of marketing does not affect your order or your warranty: emails about a purchase you made are still sent, as they are part of the contract.
MOBILETEK does not sell or share its customer database with third parties.
