How it works

Bring the device to the store, with its charger if you have it. No appointment needed.

We test the screen, battery, cameras, buttons and connectivity in front of you, and tell you the value.

If you accept, the value comes off your purchase there and then. If you don't, you take the device home.
What affects the value
- Model, storage capacity and age of the device
- Condition of the screen and body: scratches, dents, cracked glass
- Battery health
- Whether it is free of account locks (iCloud, Google account) and carrier locks
Locked devices
We do not accept devices with an active iCloud or Google account, nor devices reported lost or stolen. Remove the account before coming in. Without that, the device has no trade-in value.
Your data
We wipe the device in front of you before accepting it. Even so, make your own backup before coming in: once wiped, there is no going back.
